The Northwest Chapter’s first-ever in-person Epicure dinner and auction raised a record $700,000 in support of the Foundation’s mission to cure IBD and increase the quality of life of our Northwest IBD community. With nearly 400 people in attendance, guests were treated to an inclusive dining experience curated by Matt’s in the Market owner, Dan Bugge, and highlighted an array of Northwest-inspired dishes tailored specifically to the Crohn’s and colitis community. The evening also recognized the Salman family as the 2022 Catalyst of Mission honorees. It was rounded out with an amazing live performance from Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready and Seattle’s own Thunderpussy.
Thank you to everyone who helped make Epicure a truly incredible experience all in support of a cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Check out Epicure photos here!
