The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation has virtual and in-person support groups that you can join to find support and advice from patients who understand what you are going through. Visit the Find A Support Group section of the website to find the support group that will best meet your needs.

Support Groups

Our support groups will continue virtually until we are able to coordinate safe in-person meeting environments. Join one of our many virtual support group options, without the hassle of commuting.
